• When adding a Block, the table icon may appear, look up table in the search bar and it should appear. If it does not, type in “Table” and hit enter, and one should still be created.

  • The table appears first as a markdown text box, wait just a moment for it to create the table.

• Do not delete the html code in the header and footer sections of the inject code page, this created the plugin for making the table.

• The controls for the table are relatively intuitive, if you double click or edit the table, the options are straight forward.

  • The table can take up to 5 minutes to update, so be patient if you don’t see a change immediately.

How to add to the table:

• Open a text box, highlight anything, click the link button, select file from the drop-down menu, select the file for the new drawing, and then copy the URL it creates. The links only purpose is to create a URL and upload the document to Squarespace.

• This copied URL gets inserted into the google sheets that controls the table.

• The google sheets is called “MASTER COPY - Standard Parts List” - Niles owns the google sheet.

• So, the process goes from Squarespace in order to upload the file that creates a clickable link, to google sheets where you insert that link into the table, which then updates the Squarespace table in return.
